Kevin Fagan is the CEO and President of the Texarkana Bears Youth Football Association. Mr. Fagan is the man behind this strong youth football powerhouse. He is the mastermind that made all this Texarkana Football possible.

Brock McGraw
Flag Football Head Coach
A native of Atlanta, Texas and former track star and graduate of Atlanta High School, Brock McGraw is the head coach of the youth flag football team. Last season he led the Texarkana Bears Flag Football Team to the Super Bowl, where they finished with the Championship win to defeat the Longhorns. He resides in Texarkana with his wife and two kids.
